Responsibilities
- Implement ML-powered search, ranking, and recommendation features
- Build training, evaluation, and inference pipelines
- Integrate models and AI services into backend systems
- Improve model latency, reliability, and cost
- Create monitoring and evaluation workflows
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers Qualification
Required
- Recent graduate in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong Python programming skills
- Understanding of machine-learning algorithms and evaluation
- Familiarity with APIs, Git, data pipelines, and software testing
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with NLP, search, ranking, or recommendations
- Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, or MLOps
- Interest in LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems
