This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.

About the Role

To support our growth, we are building out our Marketing team and are looking for a Demand Generation Manager. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, the successful candidate will help establish new campaigns to build awareness and ultimately ensure our go-to-market teams have a healthy pipeline. As our Demand Generation Manager, you will work with the marketing and go-to-market teams to understand our audience and build tailored campaigns that speak directly to prospective buyers, driving revenue and generating activity for the business.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Support the ideation, creation and execution of omni-channel campaigns from conception through launch, measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Use market/competitive/customer insights and strategies to develop campaigns that align to our messaging and positioning that can be effectively used across all go-to-market activities.
  • Create and execute comprehensive acquisition strategies across all channels to drive customer growth.
  • Manage demand generation budget and optimize spend within campaigns and channels.

Campaign Creation

  • Plan, execute and analyze targeted marketing programs for ICP segments through a variety of channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, tradeshows and events, search engines, display advertising, direct mail and account-based marketing tactics focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline.
  • Develop copy and supporting ads to drive awareness through tailored campaigns leveraging personas, industry segmentation and buyer stage.
  • Support the execution of account-based marketing digital campaigns.
  • Support the execution of field events and webinars.
  • Ensure the tracking and reporting analytics of all campaign activity.
  • Support other demand generation marketing initiatives as necessary.

Website Development

  • Landing page development for optimal conversions from campaigns.
  • Lead website optimization initiatives and personalization to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Reporting & Optimizations

  • Design, build and test campaign deliverables such as email copy, landing pages, calls to action, email layouts, etc.
  • Define and conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize campaign performance across tactics and funnel stages.
  • Conduct on-going analysis & reporting, while testing new user acquisition initiatives.
  • Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, pipeline, revenue) - measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance on a recurring cadence.
  • Apply marketing automation technology and AI workflows to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to ensure timely lead follow-up, enablement materials, and feedback loops for quality improvement.
  • Work with RevOps to maintain clean data, lead routing rules, scoring models, and lifecycle stage definitions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to leverage case studies, references, and customer stories across demand campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies (design, ads, event production) to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, with at least 3 in a campaign management role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS products preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns resulting in new business revenue .
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to give direction on best-in-class creatives to assist with campaigns to drive optimal conversions.
  • Excellent people, presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
