Who We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer‑facing reception role
- Friendly, professional communicator with strong customer service skills
- Experience managing a multi‑line phone system
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a busy dealership environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM tools such as DealerSocket
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and teammates
- Motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
**Schedule:**Full‑Time; Monday – Thursday: 7:30am–4:00pm & Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
Compensation:$21 – $25 per hour
**Customer Service:**Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and escort customers to the appropriate department
**Communication:**Relay customer messages and feedback promptly to the correct teams and managers
**Telephone Management:**Answer and route incoming calls through a multi‑line switchboard efficiently and professionally
**Front‑Desk & Guest Lounge:**Maintain a clean, organized reception and guest lounge area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
**Administrative Support:**Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and general clerical tasks
**Payment Processing:**Handle payments for services and products accurately and professionally
