Position Overview: Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving marketing performance?

As a Marketing Analytics Specialist, you’ll manage analytics services, execute campaigns, and optimize digital strategies across multiple platforms. This role combines hands-on execution with advanced analytics to deliver measurable results and enhance Finning’s marketing capabilities.

For this position, the expected base salary range is between $90,000 and $120,000 annually. Please note that the actual salary offer will be based on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and fit for the role. We also offer additional incentives such as a annual bonus and pension plan.

Job Description:

  • Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
  • Manage and analyze data from Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to measure performance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI to track KPIs and campaign ROI.
  • Lead website analytics implementation, tagging strategies, and data governance across Finning’s digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing analytics and execution experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and familiarity with SQL/DAX for data analysis.
  • Experience with tagging technologies (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and campaign platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • This position is based out of our Vancouver or Edmonton head office location.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
