What You Bring
- Strong experience implementing HRIS modules, preferably in Ceridian Dayforce (Advanced Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, and/or Analytics)
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills to partner with key stakeholders, identify system enhancements, and support cross-functional initiatives
- Proven organizational and project management skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver HRIS initiatives on time
- Skilled at working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to customize and optimize HRIS modules, streamline workflows, and automate repetitive tasks
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy through audits, cleansing, and validation
- Experience creating and maintaining user guides, training materials, and documentation

When VetStrategy co-founders Orin Litman and his wife, Dr. Michelle Cutler, decided to acquire McLean Animal Hospital in 2006, they focused on three promises – our Customer Promise of world-class veterinary care, delivered locally; our People Promise, to be a great place to work; and our Sustainability Promise to be a force for good for patients, people and our plant.
