Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to end users and assist with the administration of our Canadian networks.
- Work on special projects to benefit and improve various IT processes.
- Programming database driven desktop and intranet applications in a variety of languages.
- Directly answer user inquiries for software or hardware support.
- Setup, manage, maintain, and support proprietary and custom tools for end users
- Setup equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and appropriate software.
- Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
- Other job-related responsibilities that may be assigned.
