We're Hiring: Catering and Events Coordinator
Are you organized, client-focused, and passionate about the hospitality industry? We are looking for a highly detailed Catering and Events Coordinator to join our growing team at the Vancouver Aquarium.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our culinary team and our clients—helping to plan events, coordinate menus, and ensure every detail is flawless. If you love fast-paced environments, solving problems creatively, and delivering top-tier customer service, this is for you!
What You’ll Do: Manage client inquiries and coordinate event logistics (timelines, dietary restrictions, special requests). Liaise between the kitchen staff and clients to ensure flawless execution. Assist with the setup and monitoring to ensure our clients needs and expectations are being fully met.
