Shift: Full time, Mon to Fri, 3pm to 11:30pm
Some of what you will do:
The Supervisor, Outbound & Replenishment Operations is responsible for leading daily outbound fulfillment and replenishment activities within the Fulfillment Center. This role ensures that customer orders are processed efficiently while maintaining optimal inventory flow from reserve storage to forward pick locations.
The position plays a critical role in managing Rush and Lean Replenishment processes, supervising operational teams, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to maintain service levels, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy. The Supervisor will lead by example, driving performance, accountability, and a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the operation.
Specifically, you will:
Operational Leadership

Manage Rush and Lean Replenishment workflows to ensure picking locations remain stocked and operational throughput is maintained.

Lead and oversee daily outbound fulfillment operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Monitor inventory availability in pick locations, order shortages and coordinate replenishment from reserve locations to maintain smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor real-time operational performance and adjust staffing and workflows to meet service level commitments.

Support peak operations, special projects, and operational priorities to ensure consistent performance.
Team Leadership & Development
-
Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates and lead hands.
-
Provide ongoing performance feedback, training, and development opportunities to enhance team capability.
-
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
-
Support workforce planning including shift coverage, task assignments, and workload balancing.
Cross-Functional Coordination
-
Partner closely with Inbound, Inventory Control, Bulk, Break pack, and Shipping teams to ensure seamless operational flow.

Coordinate replenishment priorities to support picking productivity and minimize downtime.

Ensure clear communication across operational teams to align daily production goals and operational changes.
Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement

Track and analyze key performance indicators such as productivity, replenishment accuracy, replenishment efficiency, and service levels.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
-
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory movement and operational performance.
Safety & Compliance
-
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies, including safe operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
-
Promote a safe working environment and reinforce compliance with company operational standards.
-
Participate in safety audits, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Some of what you need:
- 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center operations.
- 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience in warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of outbound fulfillment processes and replenishment strategies.
- Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Manhattan WMS experience is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
- Proven leadership ability to motivate teams and drive operational performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations and warehouse safety standards.

May be required to work a flexible schedule and be available based on the needs of the business.

Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity to perform essential duties of the job:

The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee may lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand.

The employee may operate warehouse equipment. Using proper safety procedures will eliminate any potential hazards.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
