Role Summary
PTW is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Rocky View County, AB. This role provides administrative support across onboarding, payroll coordination, employee programs, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and accuracy.
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8 hours per day (some flexibility may be required based on workload)
Transportation: Must have own vehicle (office not accessible by public transit)
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee changes, and payroll-related activities
Manage pre-employment onboarding and ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation
Respond to candidate and employee inquiries via phone and email
Track and maintain tuition reimbursement and referral reimbursement programs
Book and monitor drug and alcohol testing requirements
Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure smooth employee processes
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Support additional HR projects and administrative duties as required
Qualifications / Requirements
12 years of administrative experience (HR or recruitment experience is considered an asset)
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Results-driven with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Rocky View County office location
