About the Project We are developing "Nstress" under Euronada Ltd. Nstress is an innovative bio-innovation project focused on the advanced development, formulation scaling, and regulatory compliance of a high-tier, proprietary functional supplement. Our unique product relies on a specialized multi-stage active ingredient processing method engineered for maximum bioavailability and cognitive/stress-relief efficacy. We are currently looking for a hands-on, operational product specialist to oversee our formulation tracking, physical batch preparation, and Health Canada regulatory compliance.

The Role We are seeking an entrepreneurial, highly practical Product R&D & Regulatory Specialist to join our core team as a Co-founder. This is a milestone-driven, progressive partnership designed for a specialist in Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Sciences, or Regulatory Affairs who wants to take full operational ownership of product compliance, quality assurance, and execution.

Crucial Compensation Transparency: Please note that this is an equity-only role in its initial phase. There will be no salary, cash compensation, or financial stipend until the project secures formal venture funding or achieves direct commercial profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Formula & Production Oversight: Monitor and audit the multi-stage ingredient processing, dosage tracking, and physical formulation stability.
• On-Site Kitchen & Production Auditing: You will be required to periodically visit our local production kitchen/facility in person to supervise pilot batches, conduct technical oversight, and generate accurate production logs.
• Comprehensive Documentation: Build, maintain, and own the complete scientific and production archives of the company. This documentation will serve as the core framework for Health Canada NHP applications, future licensing, certificates, and submission for industry awards.
• Regulatory Strategy: Spearhead the tracking, preparation, and filing of required compliance structures for the North American market.

Requirements

• Strong practical background or professional experience in Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a heavy focus on structured documentation and technical reporting.
• Entrepreneurial resilience: fully comfortable with an equity-first startup model and driven by hands-on execution.
• Located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with the ability to travel locally to production sites for in-person oversight when needed.
