Now, as we scale our innovative approach, we need a HubSpot Revenue Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our HubSpot Enterprise ecosystem and transform how we deliver operational excellence across every client touchpoint.
This is a hands-on, strategic operations role. You’ll partner with leadership on revenue strategy, then dive into HubSpot to build ticketing pipelines, service workflows, and executive dashboards. Your work will directly improve how our Operations Centre, Service Technicians, and Sales team serve Vancouver’s most discerning homeowners.

Your mission
Maximize our HubSpot Enterprise investment by identifying gaps, building solutions, and ensuring perfect data flows across all revenue operations. You’ll audit existing processes, build new workflows and ticketing systems, train internal teams, and execute implementations that transform how we deliver security services. Integration with external data sources through Zapier and API collaboration will expand operational capabilities.
Key responsibilities:

Audit and optimize revenue and service processes across the full client lifecycle

Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, custom objects, ticketing pipelines, and reporting structures

Create and manage service delivery playbooks and knowledge base frameworks

Develop executive dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership decision-making

Train Sales and Service teams on HubSpot features and process improvements

Collaborate with technical teams on data integrations and external system connections

Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions that grow with the business

Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven automation across revenue process
-
Partner with service delivery teams to ensure seamless operational data flow

Create comprehensive documentation for all HubSpot optimizations and workflows
What we’re looking for
Essential qualifications:

3-5+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or HubSpot administration experience
-
Advanced HubSpot Enterprise expertise (certifications preferred, custom objects experience required)
-
Strong analytical mindset with proven ability building executive-level reporting and dashboards
-
Experience with Zapier integrations and comfort collaborating on API/data flows with technical teams
-
Proven track record optimizing complex service delivery and client lifecycle processes
-
Project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional process improvements
Technical expectations:
-
Hands-on HubSpot configuration and workflow building (coding experience not required)
-
Data integration experience through Zapier or similar platforms
-
Comfortable training teams and creating process documentation
Ideal background:

Previous experience with custom/luxury service industries or complex service delivery operations

Understanding of high-touch client lifecycle management and service excellence

Experience implementing HubSpot custom objects and advanced workflows for service businesses

Background in process optimization and change management across multiple departments

Compensation & benefits
Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 based on experience
