About the Role - All Insurance Ltd is looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join one of our busy commercial lines teams that specialize in transportation. The position is fully in office, there is no remote option.

Responsibilities Providing customer service over the phone, by email, and in person. Processing documents. Creating certificates and pink cards. Maintaining client files within the broker management system (Applied Epic). Reviewing and remarketing renewals. Other duties as required.

Qualifications A valid Level 1 Insurance License in Alberta is required. A valid Level 2 Insurance License in Alberta is an asset.

Required Skills Previous work experience with an insurance broker in a commercial service role is required. The successful candidate will be required to pass the Level 2 license exam within 12 months of date of hire. Time and workload management Customer service Ability to work effectively on a team and individually Phone and email etiquette Training will be provided as required.
