Overview Tint Express is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will assist customers, explain our automotive services (window tint, wraps, detailing, etc.), and help drive sales while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about cars and customer service.

Sales associates are often the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for helping customers understand products and services, answering questions, and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain services such as window tinting, vehicle wraps, and detailing
• Recommend services based on customer needs
• Provide quotes and schedule service appointments
• Process payments using CRM system
• Maintain clean and organized store area
• Follow up with customers regarding services and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Support team members and assist with daily store operations

_ Requirements_

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (1+ year is an asset)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Passion for automotive services is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
