About the role
Position Summary:
This position is responsible to provide detailed clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature and to ensure accurate and timely processing of client’s data.
Primary Accountabilities:
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Perform detailed, routine clerical work of an analytical and customer service nature to ensure accurate, timely processing of client’s data
- Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaboration with other departments supporting Fulfillment programs
- Handling inbound and outbound client requests and inquiries via phone and email
- Resolving Client Issues
- Prepare Setup Sheets for all rebate/contest promotions and send to applicable contacts
- Revise all documents & email templates to be used for the annual contest and send to client for approval
- Request translations for documents
- Monitor FS Programs on Hold, reach out to client to resolve
- Prize Dollars Management
- Obtain PO Box / Project Numbers for FS Programs
- Assist clients with access to Promo Trak site and password resets
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- High School or College diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills and ability to problem solve
- Intermediate level proficiency using computer systems (G suite, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Positive, energetic person with experience working in the Customer Service or administration industry would be an asset
- Comfortable working in a group environment and independently under deadline pressure
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to ensure timely completion of all projects
- Professionally handles difficult situations in a manner that maintains good business relations
- Perform detailed alpha/numeric data entry rapidly and accurately. Minimum 40 WPM.
