Looking for a career where your skills make a real impact every day? Join our team as a Loader Operator at our Owen Sound Ready Mix Plant.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our operation running safely and efficiently by loading customer trucks, maintaining stockpiles, and supporting daily operations. We value teamwork, communication, and a strong commitment to safety, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in operating equipment with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Completing thorough daily equipment inspections and reporting any maintenance concerns.

Safely and efficiently loading aggregate material onto customer trucks while helping maximize truck turnaround times.
-
Building and maintaining organized, well-blended stockpiles to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

Maintaining quarry roads, berms, loading areas, and other site infrastructure to ensure safe working conditions.

Operating equipment in accordance with company safety policies and established procedures.

Supporting other operations and performing additional duties as required.
Here’s What You Need
-
At least 2 years of experience operating a front-end loader in a quarry, aggregate, construction, or similar heavy industrial environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify equipment issues before they become problems.

Experience operating a shipping loader (considered an asset).
-
Common Core training (considered an asset).

A valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence with a good driving record.

A commitment to working safely, collaborating with your team, and delivering excellent customer service.
