What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offers
- Identify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory, fostering loyalty and repeat business
- Promote special offers and product campaigns — including time-sensitive promotions, marketing-driven campaigns, and expiring inventory opportunities
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipeline
- Participate in special projects and events, including conventions, national sales meetings, branch events, and product training sessions
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous customer service or outbound/inside sales experience (sales experience is preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and courteous phone manner
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Power BI an asset)
- CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
- A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conventions, or local events

Compensation: The posted range for this position is $45,000-$55,000, plus commissions, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
