About the role

This role is part of our ET/UT product line. Eddyfi Technologies is transforming its procurement function through a new strategic sourcing program to drive cost savings, strengthen spend control and improve procurement efficiency across all locations.

The Procurement Process and Governance Specialist will play a key role in procurement transformation by developing policies, processes and governance frameworks to ensure alignment and compliance at the global level.

As Procurement Process & Gouvernance Specialist, you must be able to

  • Develop global procurement processes to improve efficiency, cost control, and compliance.
  • Work with local procurement stakeholders to optimize processes across Eddyfi sites.
  • Develop, implement and maintain the Eddyfi Procurement Policy, adapting it to changing business needs.
  • Align global standards with local and regional requirements to ensure consistent execution across all locations.
  • Ensure the link between the corporate teams and the procurement teams of the sites to translate the strategy into concrete procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with strategic supplier agreements and conduct regular process audits.
  • Monitor compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, benchmark KPIs, and identify best practices.
  • Engage stakeholders by incorporating their feedback to improve user experience and operational performance.
  • Create and manage training materials, guides, and playbooks to support standardized procurement operations.

What Makes You An Asset To Our Team

  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, administration, or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in consulting, processing or procurement (manufacturing or industrial experience an asset).
  • Demonstrated success in strategic procurement, process improvement and policy implementation.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex, multi-site initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ERP and eProcurement systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent) with the ability to optimize workflows and reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, able to produce high-quality analyses and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to influence high-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking – Evaluates procurement performance, identifies opportunities for improvement and ensures alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Influence without authority – Ability to lead change and gain buy-in from stakeholders across functions and regions through credibility and collaboration.
  • Process Optimization and Governance Design – Develops, standardizes, and maintains procurement policies and frameworks that promote efficiency, control, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication – Builds strong cross-functional relationships and translates complex strategies into clear, actionable initiatives.
  • Technical proficiency and data-driven decisions – Uses ERP/eProcurement, Excel, and analytics systems to measure performance, generate insights, and guide continuous improvement.
  • An individual who excels in a complex and dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and initiative.
  • Bilingualism English/French essential.
