Ensuring the control and continuous improvement of current and future rubber track forming processes!
In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Implement process controls and analyze performance data to ensure process stability and quality
- Support technical and production teams in managing failures
- Take charge of root cause analyses in complex investigations and propose sustainable corrective and preventive actions
- Actively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processes
- Take charge of conducting risk analyses (PFMEA) and implementing process risk reduction actions
- Establish and maintain a knowledge base of best practices in rubber processing and shaping
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes
- Ensure the maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of technical documentation in accordance with the quality management system

- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or another relevant field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in similar positions
- Good knowledge of quality management tools
- Knowledge of cause and risk analysis methods
- Good analytical and observational skills
- Ability to guide projects and manage them simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
