About the role

Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

The Administrative Services Coordinator will provide confidential administrative support to designated Senior/Vice Presidents and their teams, while also acting as support and backup for the Administrative Services Hub. This tight‑knit group is known for its collaboration, trust, and willingness to help one another, creating a supportive and productive environment. **Location:**You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, Administrative Services and Executive Support.

**Posting Type:**Replacement.

**Salary Range:**The expected base salary range for this role is between $51,000 and $63,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Schedule, coordinate, and maintain calendars and travel itineraries.
  • Manage travel arrangements and reconcile invoices and expenses.
  • Support technology and product teams on an assignment basis.
  • Coordinate group functions, meetings, training sessions, and town halls, including logistics, venues, and catering.
  • Plan and organize presentations, agendas, and department‑wide events.
  • Prepare customer presentations, quarterly business reviews, and business proposals.
  • Attend meetings and use AI and automation tools to capture action items and deliverables.
  • Support onboarding activities, asset assignments, and introductory meetings.
  • Handle confidential and non‑routine information, including preparing reports and summarizing data.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency with modern productivity tools, including advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot or similar).
  • Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
