As Team Lead, Data Support - Projects, it’s your job to manage and mobilize a team of data business analysts acting as data domain experts on projects. You plan, prioritize, and oversee your team’s mandates to ensure the availability, quality, consistency and decision-making value of data used throughout the organization. You play an active role in integrating governance practices, aligning initiatives with organizational standards, and developing analytical and artificial intelligence capabilities across the Business Services sector. You’re a key resource in the project lifecycle and support teams in assessing data needs, validating deliverables and monitoring benefits. You ensure that frameworks, practices and mechanisms are implemented to promote optimal and responsible use of data. You’re also responsible for developing your team’s skills, monitoring individual and collective performance, and maintaining a high level of quality for deliverables. You use your expertise to help support a team responsible for developing recommendations on strategic issues related to data operations and governance, systems, and the activation and integration of AI solutions. You assist the team manager with data support for projects in portfolios. In a multi-pronged context of alignment and transformation, you work closely with business partners, technology teams and decision-making bodies, while acting in an advisory, influential and leadership capacity. More specifically, you will be required to:
Oversee, mobilize and develop a team of data business analysts Ensure alignment and connection points with all data-related activities across the Business Services sector Support the sector when solutions are being rolled out Ensure team skill development (governance, AI, advanced analytics) Prioritize activities and efficiently allocate mandates according to capabilities Develop and implement common practices, tools and standards Plan and track skills development, including training, coaching and onboarding

What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of eight years of relevant experience Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Knowledge of French is required Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Jira, Confluence and Excel Knowledge of data and analytical environments Knowledge of the Business Services sector Knowledge of project mode
