Sales Representative, Oilfield Services | Calgary, AB
Are you a driven, outgoing sales professional looking to build a career in the energy services space? Our client is a locally owned and operated oilfield services company who is currently looking to expand their operations. With a strong reputation built on quality, responsiveness, and customer service, they have developed a loyal base of major operator clients across Alberta and are now looking to expand their dedicated commercial presence in Calgary. This is an exciting new position for a relationship-driven sales representative with a competitive mindset and a natural ability to connect with people. You will be on the ground in Downtown Calgary building and developing relationships with engineers and operations teams at oil and gas operators, working closely with a hands-on Sales Manager who is invested in your development and will set you up for success. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor, grow a book of business, and build something meaningful in one of Calgary's most active industry sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding and developing relationships with engineers, operations teams, and key decision makers at oil and gas operators in the Calgary marketIdentifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and consistent presence in the marketSupporting and growing existing client relationships alongside the Sales ManagerParticipating in industry events, client entertainment, golf tournaments, and community engagement activitiesDeveloping a working knowledge of thru tubing products and services to better support client needs over time QualificationsA competitive, outgoing, and personable individual with a natural ability to build rapportA background in sports or competitive activities is a strongSome exposure to the oil and gas industry is considered an asset but is not requiredStrong work ethic with a hunter mentality and the drive to build from the ground up CompensationBase salary $80,000 to $90,000 + competitive commission structure based on performance, company expense account, etc. Please email your resume to Jasmine Gibara in confidence at jasmine@summitsearchgroup.com for immediate consideration.
