About the role
Do you enjoy organization, logistics, and teamwork? Join our marketing fleet team and contribute to the success of our events by ensuring the efficient management of our vehicle fleet! As a vehicle fleet coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing vehicles for marketing and PR activations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a team, and effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders. You will also work closely with the engineering technical services and our project managers to ensure vehicle compliance and maintenance.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Manage requests from different teams according to availability.
Order vehicles for events and media/influencers/ambassadors.
Keep the database of vehicles in circulation up to date.
Manage registration and insurance.
Manage the project managers' work schedule.
Plan and create shipments for events and other initiatives.
Develop new strategies to maximize vehicle utilization and reduce costs.
Analyze monthly budgets and meet budget targets.
Coordinate with the engineering department on retrofits to prepare the prototypes for sale.
Coordinate vehicle sales.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A technical college diploma in logistics or 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a similar field.
Spoken and written English
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of SAP software would be an asset.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt and a positive attitude.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Good stress management.
Available to travel occasionally.
Interest in motor vehicles would be an asset.
