Job Description
The Sales Enablement Lead provides vital operational support to the advertising sales teams by maintaining sales resources, coordinating go-to-market, and ensuring that sellers have the right materials at the right time to close deals. This role focuses on the “how” of sales execution, ensuring our Go-to-Market tools are organized, up-to-date and easily accessible.
This is a temporary 12 month contract position
Key Responsibilities:

Collateral and asset coordination: Manage and maintain the library of sales materials, including pitch deck templates, product one-sheets, case studies, external website, etc. Support the sales team by building and refining custom decks to assist sellers in their outreach and presentations. Ensure all sales material is up to date, brand compliant, and easily findable for the Sales team. Find innovative ways to leverage AI to automate and enhance the development of these assets.

Go-to-market execution: Oversee the Go To Market checklist in partnership with product leads to ensure completion before roll-out to Sales team.

Tactical communications management: Execute the delivery of key sales communications including internal updates, department-wide meetings, and maintaining sales materials. Proactively find ways to use AI within the enablement scope.

Sales reporting: Support performance analysis by measuring sales rep engagement by product and/or initiative to pinpoint specific training needs.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 2+ years in advertising sales support, marketing coordination, or project administration.
- Previous experience working directly within an advertising or media sales environment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of digital advertising cycles.
- Skills:

Organizational powerhouse: You have a keen attention to detail and can manage multiple folders, files, and deadlines simultaneously.

Communication: Strong writing skills for internal communications and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience.

Content savvy: Proficient in formatting PowerPoint decks and marketing materials to ensure they are "client-ready."

Agility: A "no task too small" attitude with the ability to pivot quickly when advertising market trends change.

Tech Proficiency: Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and comfort learning CRM or Sales Enablement platforms.
