JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ability to use critical thinking
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities; to rapidly learn new systems and procedures; to effectively plan, organize and prioritize workload; and to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills to include proficiency using MS Office, and Excel.
- Organization, communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
- Creativity and the ability to work with minimal supervision and with a variety of internal user groups and external suppliers
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- High achiever, driven to succeed
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage asset management procedures, including asset tagging hardware and inventory controls.
- Fulfil requests within ticketing system.
- Coordinating the return of hardware assets for departures
- Assist in processing purchase orders for invoices and reviewing for accuracy & submitting for payment
- Very organized, able to manage priorities as they come up.
- Detail-oriented and able to communicate cross teams effectively.
- Team player, being able to work with local and remote teams to complete assignments and tasks.
- Escalates issues as appropriate.
- Monitors activities related to timely delivery of returned equipment.
- Discuss invoices with vendors and internal customers and other stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS

Post-secondary diploma/degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in Asset Management and/or Office Admin responsibilities that might include procurement, service desk, inventory management, shipping/receiving. IT experience an asset but not required.
