Optical Sales Representative Oasis Eyecare

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Optical Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by both sales and patient care.

This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, enjoys staying busy, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in both the patient experience and the retail side of the business, confidently guiding patients through their eyewear journey while contributing to clinic growth.

Whether you come from optical or a strong retail sales background, we provide ongoing training and cross-training opportunities to help you grow your skills across multiple areas of the clinic.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver an outstanding patient experience from check-in to checkout
  • Drive retail sales by confidently recommending frames and lenses that meet patient needs and style
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including phones, scheduling, and patient coordination
  • Perform pre-testing and screening procedures (training provided)
  • Support multiple workflows at once, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Assist with eyewear orders, fittings, adjustments, and pickups
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical gallery
  • Collaborating with team members and support clinic goals and performance
