The Role As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our import shipments are picked up and delivered efficiently while working hand-in-hand with colleagues across multiple departments. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, resourceful, and passionate about delivering EPIC excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage last-mile logistics for import shipments (ocean reefer containers).
- Communicate with external partners (warehouses, trucking companies) and collaborate internally with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the supply chain.
- Actively engage with service providers (ocean carriers, forwarders, warehouses, truckers) to address challenges.
- Follow up on customs and FDA releases.
- Contribute directly to the success of the company by ensuring timely and accurate logistics operations.
- Support additional tasks as needed in a fast-moving environment.
Your profile
- Fluency in English (written/spoken) — essential for working with the US market.
- Excellent communication skills (in person, via Teams, phone, and email).
- Strong problem-solving ability with creativity and persistence.
- Confidence to be assertive when needed, while remaining flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.
- A true team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Comfortable working independently and alongside colleagues.
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word); SAP experience is an asset.
- Comfortable with online platforms and EDI systems.
