The RoleMarco is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our St. John’s office. Reporting to the VP of Finance and Administration, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, manage calls and mail, and provide essential administrative support to our team. From coordinating supplies and vendors to planning meetings, events, and celebrations, you’ll keep our workplace efficient and welcoming. You’ll also manage executive calendars, arrange travel, and handle expenses—all while helping create a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming visitors, answering calls, and managing mail and reception duties
- Providing administrative support, maintaining records, and assisting with onboarding
- Coordinating office supplies, vendors, maintenance, and internal communications
- Planning and supporting meetings, events, and team activities
- Managing executive calendars, schedules, and expense processing
- Booking travel for the organization
What You Bring
- Experience in office administration, reception, or executive support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
- A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset
