About the role
Job Description
Key Skills: E2E automation testing using Selenium API testing Exp in BDD Programming knowledge. Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks and test scripts. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of REST and SOAP APIs. Validate API requests, responses, status codes, payloads, headers, authentication, and data integrity. Develop automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks. Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements. Analyze API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI) and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Perform database validation and backend data verification using SQL queries. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Generate test execution reports and quality metrics.
