THE POSITION
Reporting to the Suites Management Team, the Suites Server is responsible for creating a flawless customer experience for the suite guests through a high quality of service and menu knowledge. The server will conduct a full-cycle serving process including talking orders, advising on menu items, delivering food and drinks, addressing customer concerns and feedback, overall suite cleanliness, and handling payments. A minimum of 2 years of serving required. Must have ProServe certification.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review suite pre-orders to verity event date and order times;
- Ensure suite is properly set up including plateware, glassware, flatware, chafers, etc;
- Welcome guests and make introductions to self and service model;
- Review food pre-order and make menu suggestions for event day orders;
- Serve suite guests food and beverages as per their requests;
- Abide by all policies, laws, and regulations regarding food safety and alcohol service;
- Maintain the Point of Sales (POS) system and process payments as required;
- Conduct post-event cleaning, tear down, and reset;
- Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;
- All other duties as required.
THE INDIVIDUAL
The ideal candidate will have the following background:
- Responsible Service awareness is preferred;
- Must be ProServe certified and be 18 years of age or older;
- Minimum two years of prior food and beverage service experience is required;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables at once;
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills;
- Exemplary customer service skills;
- Schedule flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
- MUST have open availability during 10 days of Stampede
Shifts are event driven and consist of mainly evenings and weekends. Flexible availability is required.
This position will remain open until suitable candidates are found.
