AIR INUIT CORPORATE PROFILE Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for over 45 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivvik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of more than 30 aircraft and employs more than 1000 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

Position Overview The Corporate Clients Liaison Specialist focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s business clients. This role involves understanding the clients needs, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between the client and various internal teams to ensure a positive client experience. They play a crucial part in client retention, satisfaction and ultimately, business growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Understanding client needs and working with internal teams to deliver solutions and services.
  • Assisting with sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Gathering client feedback to identify areas for product or service improvement and to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Coordinate with various departments (scheduled network, cargo network, charters, finance) to ensure contract proposals align with expectations.
  • Distribute finalized contracts to corporate clients for signature and ensure all relevant systems are updated with the agreed-upon corporate rates.
  • All other task requested by the Commercial Operations Department

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Managing multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Understanding the company's products and services to effectively address client needs.
  • Possess advanced computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel);
  • Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written);
  • Be bilingual and have good written skills (French / English);
  • Must value confidentiality, results and work discipline.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week;
  • Daily schedule to be discussed.
