About the role
Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a detailed oriented and creative Multimedia Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for coordinating the production of multimedia projects to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high-quality delivery across Brandt’s marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will support the Director of Multimedia by developing processes, managing schedules, and facilitating communication across teams. This role ensures that projects are organized, objectives are clearly defined, and deliverables meet business and creative goals. The Production Coordinator will also support process development, improvement and execution to enhance Brandt’s efficiencies with both internal and external participants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate multimedia production projects, including scheduling, metric tracking, and communication with account managers, designers, copywriters, media, web and other stakeholders.
- Support the director and multimedia team in the execution of daily projects by ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are managed effectively.
- Assist in annual planning activities, helping prioritize the production roadmap to align with Brandt’s marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with director, photographer, videographers, motion graphic designer, editor, vendors, suppliers and other marketing staff to document workflows and processes as project scope and complexity grow.
- Participate in pre-production, production, and post-production planning for multimedia including asset collection, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and technical requirements
- Support on-site production during multimedia shoots as production assistant to ensure scheduling, communication, flexibility, support, meals and timely issue resolution.
- Provide administrative support such as invoice processing, budget tracking, metric tracking and coordinating travel planning.
- Contribute to post-production coordination by ensuring assets are collected, organized, and delivered for editing.
- Support multimedia team in post-production asset storage, including 3D renders, retrieval, and metadata standards in alignment with the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
- Track project budgets, billing codes, monitor change orders, and noting approvals where required.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership for production team members, contributing to recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Represent the production function in cross-functional planning meetings, offering expertise on workflow, event logistics, and production best practices.

Required Experience
- Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- Certifications in Project Management (CAPM, PMP), Agile, or Digital Media are an asset.
- Proven work experience as an account manager, coordinator, project manager, or media production role. Preferred experience in multimedia or creative environments but not a requirement.
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management tools and systems is considered an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel for live events and on-site production support.
- Certifications in project management, event planning, or related areas are considered an asset.
