✍️ Main tasks
The Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to the sales team to successfully carry out the sales of our solution. You will also ensure that the solutions proposed to the client are accurate and easy to understand.
- Conduct technical requirements gathering for business opportunities.
- Support the sales team with technical tasks during the business development process.
- Prepare presales deliverables:
- Analysis of tenders, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Draft technical proposals.
- Respond to technical questionnaires.
- Create technical presentations.
- Lead PoC (Proof of Concept) initiatives.
- Ensure proper transfer of information to the project delivery team.
- Evaluate our product and competitors’ products to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requests.
General responsibilities for the role:
- Contribute to the satisfaction of internal and external clients.
- Propose improvements related to procedures, applications, systems, or resources.
- Promote initiatives seeking synergies and maximum benefit across departments.
- Participate in training activities to improve skills and performance.
- Facilitate the adaptation of new colleagues to their positions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields.
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple simultaneous responsibilities, maintaining meticulous tracking of the status and progress of each.
- Ability to anticipate and proactively address customer needs, combining outstanding analytical and technical skills with a proactive attitude, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance and optimize the customer experience.
- Proactive approach to learning, consistently seeking new opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills that drive professional performance.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in dynamic, high-pressure work environments, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
- Solid experience and comprehensive understanding of customer technical issues at both high and medium levels, including the ability to clearly identify, for example, whether challenges are at the frontend or backend of technological systems. Additionally, the ability to guide and recommend solutions to technical teams to effectively address these issues.
- Commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction and a strong interest in understanding customer needs and objectives to ensure quality service and optimal results.
- Competence in programming, with the ability to read and understand object-oriented code (OOP) to effectively analyze and interpret customer integrations.
- Significant experience in customer interaction from a technical perspective, as well as delivering customized, customer-focused solutions based on a deep understanding of their needs and specific requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and work efficiently with them.
- Fluent in Spanish and English is needed.
