Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an AEM Developer with Workfront experience to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Location: Vancouver, BC
Responsibilities
- Manage and support new user onboarding and user audit.
- Coordination with third party vendors creative groups and external agencies for issues in existing integrations and provide resolution.
- Support Knowledge creation and updates to existing knowledge base
- Overall application support for AEM assets and WF Integration.
- Create and maintain support checklists artifacts knowledge base and make them available for internal audits.
- Helpdesk support for service coverage in terms of logging diagnosing and managing incoming support requests for AEM Assets .
- Manage and assist for new Brand Campaign Project and Task creation in Workfront.
- Manage and assist for new and existing Templates reports and dashboards.
- Categorize & prioritize requests in accordance with AbbVie support guidelines.
- Determine actions required based on support requests identifying root causes next steps for resolutions for support ticket closures.
- Provide notifications through Workfront Service Request tool for updates on tickets until closure.
- Manage P1 incident notifications and escalations.
