What You'll Be Doing
Be the Face of the Brand: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing everything from onboarding to weekly performance reviews. Master Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from monitoring inventory availability to reconciling purchase orders and invoices. Bridge the Gaps: Liaise daily with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and work with Logistics to navigate international shipping complexities. Drive Data Integrity: Maintain real-time operational trackers and prepare monthly scorecards that provide transparency to both our leadership and our clients.
What We're Looking For
Experienced: You have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, commercial operations, or account management. Communicator: You are professional, solution-oriented, and comfortable leading client-facing discussions. Detail-Obsessed: In a regulated industry, documentation is everything. You take pride in 100% accuracy. Agile: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
Key Qualifications
Solid understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment. Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements. Strong analytical skills for reporting and performance metrics. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively across departments.
