We are currently seeking a Part-Time Valet Driver for our Pearson Airport Location. As a Valet, you will be the point of contact for arriving customers, and you must ensure we consistently meet customer and client expectations by providing excellent customer service. You are the ambassador for the company as well as for the venue.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Greet customer in a friendly manner when they arrive on site
- Assist customer with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels and directing in appropriate direction
- Issue and collect valet tickets as required
- Drive customers' vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner avoiding accidents and damages
- Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk
- Return vehicle keys to the Key Administrator with the appropriate ticket
- Quickly return to the site curb to await the arrival of the next customer vehicle
- Other duties as assigned
What Are the Working Conditions?
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
- Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
What Are We Looking For?
- Cautious and courteous driver, with a Valid class G Ontario driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must able to drive manual and automatic transmission.

- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
