Affinity Financial Strategies (“AFS”) is looking for a high-performingInsurance Specialist
to help clients protect, grow, and transfer wealth through smart, strategic insurance
solutions. AFS is a wealth management provider offering financial planning, investments,
and insurance to a portfolio of existing clients and members of the credit union and their
communities.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Wealth Strategies, you’ll work with existing clients and
referral partners to deliver tailored life, health, and living benefit solutions aligned to tax,
estate, and risk-management needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client conversations and close insurance opportunities through consultative
advice

Design and present customized insurance strategies tied to client goals

Generate new business through referrals and partner channels

Collaborate with retail, business, and agriculture teams to uncover opportunities

Manage applications from submission through policy issue

Deliver confident, compliant advice while building long-term client trust
What You Bring
-
Life & A&S Insurance licenses (Saskatchewan)
-
5+ years of proven life insurance sales success
-
Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
-
Confidence working independently in a virtual, results-driven environment
-
Tech-savvy with financial planning tools and MS Office
-
CFP®, PFP®, or QAFP® (an asset)
