Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimizing Skin Vitality’s full acquisition ecosystem, including:
- Digital Advertising
- Paid & Organic Social Media
- Organic Marketing & SEO
This role sits within the Marketing team and supports performance across all clinic locations and services.
Core Responsibilities
- Digital Advertising
Performance & Revenue Tracking
- Pull andvalidateplatform spend data
- Pull internal sales and revenue data
- Track Spend/Sale ratio, CPL, booking ratio, and lead volume
- Conduct WoW, MoM, and YoY comparisons
- Provide optimization direction to external agencies
Tracking & Attribution
- Maintain CRM attribution accuracy (Salesforce)
- Ensure SRC tracking structure isaccurate
- Validate tracking across landing pages and booking flows
Landing Pages & Conversion
- Build and manage campaign landing pages
- Write andoptimizeconversion-focused copy
- Improve CTAs and booking flow performance
Reporting
- Weekly performance summaries
- Monthly executive reporting with insights and recommendations
- Social Media (Paid + Organic)
Paid Social
- Monitorspend and performance across campaigns
- Track CPL, Spend/Sale, booking ratio, and lead volume
- Recommend scaling opportunities and budget adjustments
Organic Social
- Track engagement rate, follower growth, profile visits, and website clicks
- Build scalable workflows using AI for content and reporting
- Identifyhigh-performing content themes
Cross-Channel Alignment
- Align messaging across paid and organic channels
- Support campaign launches and service promotions
- Identifyorganic content for use in paid campaigns
- Organic Marketing & SEO
Technical SEO
- Conduct site audits (indexing, crawl errors, page speed, schema)
- Maintain site structure and internal linking
- Coordinate technical fixes with development
Keyword & Page Strategy
- Maintain keyword map by service and location
- Ensure geo-targeted optimization
- Identifynew contentand page opportunities
On-Page Optimization
- Optimizemetadata, headers, and internal linking
- Improve performance of key service and location pages
Content & Backlinks
- Audit and improve existing content
- Develop SEO-driven content roadmap
- Execute backlink acquisition strategy (DA 30+ targets)
Local SEO
- Manage Google Business Profiles across all clinics
- Maintain NAP consistency
- Monitor local rankings and reviews
Reporting
- Track organic traffic, rankings, leads, and booking performance
- Monthly SEO reporting and quarterly growth planning
Performance Accountability
- Spend/Sale ratio
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Booking ratio
- Lead volume
- Organic lead growth
- Local search visibility
Reporting Expectations
- Weekly status updates
- Monthlyconsolidatedperformance report
- Quarterly strategic review
Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization
- High attention to detail in tracking and reporting
- Ability toidentifyissues and implement improvements independently
