About the role

We are looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented Marketing Automation (Demand Generation) Specialist to join our team for an 18-month contract. In this role, you will own the execution of our lead generation campaigns and customer lifecycle workflows that leverage our marketing tech stack.

If you have 1-3 years of designing lead generation campaigns, experience building automated customer journeys, and creating CRM audience segments, you’ll fit right in. You will hit the ground running to keep our automated marketing initiatives firing on all cylinders.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize lead-gen initiatives, including designing high-converting landing pages, setting up gated content, and building intuitive signup forms. Build and maintain automated journeys and nurturing sequences to move leads through the funnel to generate pipeline and conversions. Manage and build highly targeted CRM audience segments to ensure our campaigns are personalized, relevant, and impactful. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure initiatives align with our broader lead, pipeline, and revenue goals Implement marketing automation best practices, including email list management and data quality/hygiene.

To Succeed, You Will Need

Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital ops. Martech Experience: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe Marketo Engage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo) and CRM platforms. Funnel Focus: Solid understanding of lead generation, lifecycle management, lead nurturing, and online/offline conversion strategies. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, tracking, and translating data into actionable opportunities. Soft Skills: Great project management and collaboration skillsets, with a keen eye for detail.

We offer a Hybrid work schedule. You will be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays each week and can work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance). When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools. A (1) current vacancy exists. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. Compensation Range $81,800-$86,000 annually.
