Join a team that makes a difference in your community! School District No. 46 (Sunshine Coast) is seeking a Financial Analyst. This position offers 28–35 hours per week, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to work with a supportive, collaborative team. Reporting to the Manager of Finance, duties will include supporting the district's finance and accounting processes, supporting school and district staff, leading internal reviews to ensure accuracy and accountability and providing vacation relief for the payroll department.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary accounting training + a minimum of 3 years finance experience (public sector preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Officeand accounting software
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
