Title: CRM Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON Range: $40-43/hour Hybrid: In-office (Monday/Wednesday), Remote (Tuesday/Thursday/Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is hiring for a Salesforce CRM Analyst to join a leading Canadian financial services organization. In this role, you will be responsible for building and enhancing Salesforce CRM reports and dashboards that help advisors and business leaders effectively manage sales pipelines, agencies, leads, opportunities, and overall business performance. You will act as both a hands-on analytics expert and a strategic partner, working closely with stakeholders to analyze CRM data, uncover insights, and improve data quality across the Salesforce ecosystem. A key focus of the role will be leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and recommending enhancements to the Salesforce data model to ensure the platform becomes a trusted source of record for advisor and client information. You will develop reporting solutions in Salesforce CRM, write SQL queries to analyze and validate data, leverage data tools for advanced reporting and visualization, and partner with leadership on the roadmap for CRM analytics and platform improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4–5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, CRM Reporting, Data Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on Salesforce CRM experience, including building reports and dashboards for Leads, Opportunities, pipelines, and business performance tracking
- Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets, validating data, and generating actionable insights
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI, MicroStrategy, CRM Analytics, Azure Data Studio, or similar platforms to create dashboards and present business metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering, leading discovery sessions, and translating business needs into reporting and data solutions
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Banking industry experience.
- Masters degree (MBA)
