Do you love creating videos, taking photos, spotting trends before everyone else, and building brands through social media? If so, we want to meet you. Redfern Enterprises has been helping improve everyday living since 1990 in Canada and 1997 in the USA. We've sold over 1.6 million products across North America through live demonstrations, e-commerce, retail partners, and hundreds of events each year. As we launch two brand-new premium Shopify websites and significantly expand our digital marketing, we're looking for a creative, energetic, and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our growing team. This is far more than a social media job. You'll help shape our brand, create engaging content, launch new products, and directly influence how thousands of customers experience Redfern online.
What You'll Be Doing Create Amazing Content Create engaging content across: TikTok Instagram Facebook YouTube Pinterest Including: Product demonstrations Lifestyle videos Customer testimonials Behind-the-scenes content Trending Reels and TikToks Promotional campaigns Product photography Event coverage You'll also be comfortable appearing on camera when needed.
Grow Our Social Media Presence Plan and schedule content calendars Research trends and viral content ideas Increase engagement across all social channels Monitor analytics and recommend improvements Help grow our online communities
Website & E-Commerce You'll help improve our Shopify websites by: Updating product pages Writing compelling product descriptions Uploading images and videos Creating promotional banners Publishing blog articles Assisting with Amazon Marketplace and other online channels
Digital Marketing Support marketing initiatives including: SEO Google Analytics Email marketing Product launches Website promotions Competitor research Campaign performance analysis
Trade Shows & Events Redfern participates in hundreds of events throughout North America. You'll occasionally help: Capture content during events Create promotional materials Film customer interactions Showcase exciting new products

We'd Love If You Have Experience With Shopify Canva CapCut Adobe Creative Cloud Google Analytics SEO Photography Videography Email Marketing Amazon Seller Central Don't worry if you don't have experience with everything—we're looking for creativity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Experience creating social media content is a strong asset.
