The**Order Picker / Reach Truck (Level 2)**is responsible for moving tires in the warehouse either manually or with the help of lifting equipment and loading/unloading delivery vehicles. He/She also contributes to the coordination of daily warehouse activities and ensures compliance with quality and productivity standards.

Assigned responsibilities

• Receive, move, and store tires within the warehouse;

• Load and unload delivery trucks;

• Operate material handling equipment safely;

• Enter products into the inventory system using RF scanners;

• Inspect lifting equipment and report any issues or defects;

• Prepare orders and delivery vehicles according to work orders;

• Assign daily tasks to the team and support employees on the warehouse floor;

• Collaborate with the manager to plan daily activities;

• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements;

• Train and support new employees;

• Monitor team performance and contribute to productivity improvement initiatives;

• Oversee the use of equipment, tools, and non-inventoried materials;

• All other related duties

Success Factors

• Experience in the operation of stand-up hoisting equipment;
• Ability to perform physical work:
• Be able to repeatedly lift loads weighing an average of 50lbs,
• Work at heights and perform detailed manual work;
• Possess a competency card attesting to the training in safe operation of lifting equipment;
• Be enterprising and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Be customer oriented and detail oriented;
• Respect and a sense of humor;
• Accept to work in an environment where health and safety are essential and a priority;
• Be reliable, rigorous and able to take initiative.
