Business Development Associate
About the role
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Operations Associate to join our team at O-HIVE. In this role, you will assist our business development team in identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and building relationships with potential clients. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in the business development process, providing exposure to various aspects of sales, strategy, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends, potential clients, and growth areas. Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads through various channels (outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.). Client Engagement: Support in building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients and partners. Sales Support: Assist with creating and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, provide regular reports on progress, and help with the preparation of reports for management. Collaboration: Work closely with senior business development and sales teams to strategize and support initiatives for expanding the company's market share.
Requirements: Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
