About the role
Accounting Clerk Stone Creek Resorts is an Alberta-based land and property developer headquartered in Calgary and the owner/operator of two premier golf resorts, Silvertip Resort in Canmore, AB, and Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC. The company is embarking on major commercial, recreational and residential developments at Silvertip Resort and moving Eagle Ranch Resort from seasonal to year-round operation. We have a temporary, full-time position for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join the Finance and Accounting team in our Calgary office. Employment will commence immediately and conclude on September 30, 2026. Job Responsibilities: Assisting with general reconciliations and payroll processing Preparing month-end closing reports Data entry, records maintenance, report creation and input for financial statements Follow up with Resorts regarding customer payments and accounts Accounts payable assistance, including vendor management and expenditure coding Accounts receivable assistance, including customer setup, invoicing, and collections Balancing and reconciling cash on hand, credit card, and G/L accounts Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries including property level reports Requirements: High School Diploma Basic understanding of accounting principles 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience Proficiency with computers, bookkeeping software and MS Excel
