About the role

This role sits at the lively crossroads of Sales, Production, and Finance, making sure our finished goods are exactly where they need to be when they’re needed most.
You’ll dive into the daily rhythm of inventory movement, documentation, and reporting, all while helping maintain the smooth, consistent processes that keep our brewery humming. It’s a hands-on position for someone who’s organized, detail‑driven, and energized by a fast-paced environment where no two days look quite the same.

This role reports directly to the Brewmaster and works closely with our Sales and Finance leaders, making it a uniquely connected and impactful position within the company.
##Responsibilities
###Finished Goods and Distribution Operations
- Maintain accurate finished goods inventory records across warehouses and restaurant locations.
- Monitor inventory turnover and aging; support Production in maintaining FIFO standards.
- Prepare and send weekly finished goods inventory reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct monthly physical finished goods counts and support Finance in reconciliation.
- Process intercompany sales of raw ingredients, including issuing invoices and receiving inventory at destination locations.
- Oversee finished goods storage and inter provincial distribution activities.
- Support liquor board purchase order management (AGLC, BCLDB, Yukon).
###EKOS Inventory Processing
- Create and ship orders for special events, sample distribution, raw material sales, and Alberta sales.
- Complete the shipment process for all Outside Sales orders.
- Initiate customer credit notes of returned inventory, including destruction tracking.
- Receive all raw materials and finished product purchase orders.
- Process inventory transfers from the Production location to the Serving Coolers locations.
###Sales Reporting & Data Administration
- Maintain standardized sales and finished goods inventory reports (EKOS-driven).
- Support development of structured, user-friendly reporting tools to improve operational visibility.
- Reconcile data regularly in collaboration with Finance.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests within established financial controls.
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of finished goods and sales data within EKOS.
###Product Information, Data Management & Pricing Accuracy
- Assist in creating and maintaining production information management data.
- Maintain and update all internal and external price lists.
- Ensure pricing accuracy across all systems (Restaurants, Event Square, BCLDB, AGLC, Yukon, etc.).
###Cross-Departmental Operational Coordination
- Act as a day-to-day liaison between Sales, Production, and Finance.
- Support alignment of inventory availability with sales priorities.
- Assist in coordinating product availability for seasonal releases and promotional programs.
- Provide operational feedback to improve cross-department processes.
###Operations Optimization & Workforce Support
- Support the development and refinement of SOPs for warehouse and distribution operations.
- Identify and suggest workflow improvements.
- Support system optimization and consistent reporting practices.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement.
- Resolve various problems and related complaints and suggest corrective measures and process improvements where possible, escalating where needed.
###Other
- Roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary to get the job done and complete other duties as required within the same scope and level.
##Qualifications

1-3 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, inventory management, or operations.

Completion of a post-secondary education program in business, supply chain, production, or manufacturing management or related is an asset.

Experience in craft beer or beverage production is strongly preferred.

Strong proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet-based reporting.

Experience with production/inventory management systems (EKOS preferred).

Comfortable operating vehicles up to and including a 5 Ton truck (no air brakes required).

Forklift experience an asset (willingness to become certified required).

Valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract.

Ability to lift up to 140 lbs occasionally.

Strong time management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
