What You’ll Do:

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of makes and models following manufacturer standards.

• System Expertise: Service critical vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, driveline, HVAC, and electrical components.

• Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient turnaround.

• Technology Integration: Use modern diagnostic software (AllData, Mitchell, and OEM tools) to perform accurate assessments and repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

Education and Certification:

• Enrolled as a Level 3 310S Apprentice

Experience:

• 2–5+ years of hands-on experience preferred, but newly licensed techs are welcome to apply

• Strong diagnostic ability and confidence working on a variety of makes and models

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team

• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Soft Skills:

• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
