WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Data Security Operations & Incident Response

• Perform all phases of incident response, including identification, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Manage and continuously enhance data security operations, using tools such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, and governance platforms.
• Assess and prioritize incidents based on organizational risk and business impact.
• Develop, maintain and refine incident response procedures, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Optimize security tools and techniques, ensuring optimal performance in threat detection, data protection, and compliance.

Security Consultation & Service Enablement

• Act as a trusted advisor for internal data security requests, ensuring secure solutions that support business needs and risk posture.
• Consult on security controls and contribute to the development and implementation of data protection policies and standards.
• Lead and mentor technical and business teams to ensure secure and compliant operations.
• Foster collaboration between cross function teams to ensure service quality with robust security practices.

Project & Compliance Support

• Lead and contribute to security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards and compliance frameworks.
• Own the implementation and integration of new data security features and toolsets.
• Support governance and documentation efforts, ensuring clear technical guidance and operational excellence.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience in data security analysis, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and incident response.
• Professional certifications such as CDPSE, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, or CISSP are highly desirable.
• Certifications in cybersecurity, endpoint security, cloud security, DLP, or network security are considered an asset.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and platforms such as Check Point, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview.
• Proven ability to identify, escalate, and respond to data security incidents effectively and efficiently.
• Experience with contributing to and configuring data governance and security controls and policies.
• In-depth knowledge of data security tools and methodologies including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), classification, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of DLP security compliance, loss prevention, and control systems.
