This is a hybrid role that requires presence in the office three days a week, based out of our Montreal or Quebec office.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Delivering on complex projects, wellbeing solutions, Mercer Retiree Solution, annual flex renewal projects, client projects, and projects for a wide range of wellbeing and benefits administration clients.
- Consulting with Clients to gather benefit and system requirements and document
- Managing project plans and risk & issues logs in line with methodology, manage scope and Change Control
- Preparing system functional specifications
- Managing testing of new and existing functionality to defined specifications/requirements and supporting clients in this activity
- Supporting our consulting team as a knowledge expert for benefits administration implementations
What qualifications are necessary to have for the role?
- Bilingual required
- Display solid experience of managing projects, ideally multiple projects concurrently
- Have previous experience of implementation consulting for an software product
- Be passionate about technology and how it can influence the lives of both our clients and their employees
- Be articulate, as strong verbal and written communication with our clients is vital
- Have a strong can-do attitude and be very goal-focused

- Responsible for actively developing the Solutions Delivery team through developing methodologies and active participation in Knowledge Sharing and Learning & Development.
