About the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)

Job Overview - What You’ll Do in Your First Rotation (Internal Audit)

As a Senior Analyst FLDP Associate reporting into the Senior Director, Audit & Internal Controls, you will:

  • Participate in end‑to‑end audit engagements — planning, testing, reporting, and presenting findings.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand operations, challenges, and emerging risks.
  • Participate in projects to implement agentic AI and robotic process automation to gain efficiencies in Audit & Internal Controls workstreams
  • Support data‑driven audit approaches using modern tools and techniques.
  • Gain a 360‑degree view of the organization, setting a strong foundation for your future rotations.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or teamwork experience
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required
  • Successfully complete required background checks

Nice-to-have

  • Professional designation (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFA)
  • Big Four firm experience
  • Experience with SOX, COSO 2013, and COBIT frameworks
  • Experience with large-scale ERP and HCM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Business Central, Workday)
  • Experience with agentic AI tools, digital assistants, or AI-enabled workflow optimization
  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., Power Automate)
