Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for aSystems Administrator. The successful candidate would be responsible for providing foundational support for the IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security teams and plays a critical role in maintaining the day-to-day functionality of the IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support Windows Server environments
- Manage and support Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access controls
- Maintain and monitor virtualization platforms and server hardware
- Support backup, recovery, and storage systems to ensure data integrity and availability
- Provide general network support including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
- Perform enterprise-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis across infrastructure systems
- Contribute to infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system implementations
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business and IT initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Windows Server environments
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
- Server hardware and lifecycle management
- Backup and storage solutions
- Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Wage Range
$26.56- $57.23 - Starting wage is dependent on experience.
